Owner of the Eternal Power, Glory and Kingship

Is there only one GOD, or many gods? Is the universe created and ruled by one or many Creators? Is Jesus (pbuh) the GOD? Is he the Incarnation of GOD? To know the verified answers of these questions, read the article below… . After the revelation of Injeel, the maximum Jewish people rejected it, and at the other side, the followers of Isa were in so many confusions with their beliefs. To solve all these confusions, in 325 AD the First Council of Nicaea was held at Nicaea in Bithynia (present day İznik in Turkey). It was convoked by the Roman EmperorConstantine I to make a stable belief among the Christian community. Again, in 381 AD theFirst Council of Constantinople was held by the Assyrian Church of the East, the Oriental Orthodox, the Eastern Orthodox, the Roman Catholics, the Old Catholics, and a number of other Western Christian Groups. It was called by the Roman Emperor Theodosius I. In this way the Old Christians made their Creed (Set of Beliefs) to have a solution for all the confusions. Now, we will have a look over some portions of the Creeds: First Council of Nicaea in 325 AD:[1]

“We believe …

… in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, begotten of the Father [the only-begotten; that is, of the essence of the Father, God of God], Light of Light, very God of very God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father

By whom (Jesus) all things were made [both in heaven and on earth]”

First Council of Constantinople in 381 AD:[1]

“… Whose (Jesus’s) kingdom shall have no end …”

. All these beliefs are being accepted by all the Catholic and the Protestant Christians, and this Doctrine is still unchanged since the Creed was created. Now, we will have a look over some special portions of the beliefs of the major Christian groups: Assemblies of GodChurch Belief: [2]

  1. WE BELIEVE…There is only One True God–revealed in three persons…Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (commonly known as the Trinity).
  2. WE BELIEVE…In the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. As God’s son Jesus was both human and divine …

Catholic Church Belief: [3]

III. In order to be saved, all persons who have attained the use of reason must believe explicitly that God exist and that he rewards the good and punishes the wicked; in practice they must also believe in the mysteries of the Blessed Trinity and the Incarnation. IV. By the Blessed Trinity we mean one and the same God in three divine persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. LutheranChurch Belief: [4]
… For the Father is one person, the Son is another, and the Spirit is still another. But the deity of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is one, equal in glory, coeternal in majesty … … Thus the Father is God; the Son is God; the Holy Spirit is God: And yet there are not three gods, but one God … … Whoever wants to be saved should think thus about the Trinity … … For this is the true faith that we believe and confess: That our Lord Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is both God and man … MethodistChurch Belief: [5]

We describe God in three persons. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are commonly used to refer to the threefold nature of God. Sometimes we use other terms, such as Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer. . Orthodox Church Belief: [6]
In every way that God reveals Himself, He does so through His Son (or Word-Logos) and through the Holy Spirit. It is the same Son and Spirit through whom God made the world, through whom God revealed Himself …Thus what God the Father is, the Son and the Holy Spirit also are, namely: eternal, perfect, good, wise, holy, timeless, spaceless … divine and worthy of the title GOD. We believe as well that each of the three divine persons is divine in his own unique way, yet always living and acting in the perfectly absolute unity of the divine truth and love. Thus the Three are one not only because what they are is one and the same, but because their divine union allows of no separation or duality or division whatsoever … Southern BaptistChurch Belief: [7]
God There is one and only one living and true God. …The eternal triune God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being. . So, in short we can say that, The Christian beliefs are:
  1. Isa is begotten of the GOD
  2. Isa is a Form of GOD, therefore, Isa is GOD
  3. Isa made the Heaven and the Earth
  4. Isa has his own and individual power
  5. Isa is the Eternal King

These faiths are established among the Christianity since the beginning of Christianity up to now. Now we will learn from Quran about the Uniqueness of Allah, His Power, Glory and Kingship one by one.

– Belief 1 –

  • Christian Traditional Belief:

Isa is not made, but begotten of the GOD

GOD has given birth of Isa

  • Teachings of the Bible:

The term ‘Begotten’ was never used anywhere in the Earlier Revelations. From those Earlier Revelations we learn that, to create something GOD just needs to wish and while he says, and it comes to be. As it is written in the Earlier Revelations that:

“For He spoke (BE), and it came to be”

(Bible, Psalm 33:9)

GOD said, “Let there BE light,” and there was light

(Bible, Genesis 1:3)

“By the word (BE) of the LORD were the heavens made”

(Bible, Psalm 33:6)

So, we learn that, when GOD says, His power acts, and His will fulfills. Thus, the Creation occurred with the power of GOD, and similarly, Isa was also created by His power. To be sure about it, let us check a verse:

“(Maryam,) you will be with child and give birth to a son … The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you

(Bible, Luke 1:31, 35)

The verse teaches us that: Isa was from the womb of Maryam, neither from the womb of GOD, nor from the GOD-Maryam Relationship. There was no Blood Relation among GOD, Isa and Maryam. But it will be wrong while people say that: Isa is begotten of GOD. Such people can’t understand that, while they say so, it makes a meaning like: GOD is a father, whose wife is Maryam, and their son is Isa. Actually, Isa is not begotten of GOD. The Christian people should say that, Isa is begotten of Maryam by the Power of GOD. Some people claim that, as Isa was from the Power of GOD, so we can say him as Begotten of GOD; where he is GOD’s son, and GOD is his father. But, if we say so, then we have to say that, the Animals that GOD created were the Sons of GOD, as they were also created by the Power of GOD. As it is written thus:

GOD made the wild animals (with His power)”

(Bible, Genesis 1:25)

Actually, there is no evidence in the Earlier Revelations that can say Isa as Begotten of GOD. If we look at a verse of Isaiah in Bible, we will find that:

He (is GOD) who formed me (Isa) in the womb”

(Bible, Ishaiah 49:5)

That means, God Formed, therefore, Created the Shape of Isa in Maryam’s Womb. Surely this creation happened by the power of GOD, not from His own substance. So we can’t say that, Isa is Begotten of GOD.

From Oxford English Dictionary we find that, Beget means Procreate, therefore, Produce Naturally. Human’s Natural Production System is by Sexual Relation. The Christians thought that, God gave birth of Isa, just as a man gives birth of his son. They didn’t understand that God’s Natural Production System is not like a man. God just wishes and says to be, and it comes to be. So, Begetting means Giving Birth for a man, but Creating for GOD. So, it is sure that, Isa is Created by GOD, not Begotten of GOD.

  • Re-Establishment of the Teachings by Quran:

While Allah saw that, His mankind is not understanding His words and making wrong beliefs among them, He revealed Quran to teach them the truth in this way:

“They(the misguided) say: Allah has begotten a son … (But, they don’t know that) to have anything done, He (Allah) simply says to it, “BE”, and it is.”

(Quran, Al Baqarah 2:116-117)

” (In creation,) the likeness of Isa before Allah is the likeness of Adâm. He (Allah) created him (Adâm) from dust, then said to him, “Be”, and he was.”

(Quran, Al Imran 3:59)

“All praise and thanks are Allah’s, Who has not begotten a son”

(Quran, Al Isra 17:111)

“He (Allah) begets not, nor is He begotten”

(Qurah, Al’Ikhlas 112:3)

In this way Quran established the true teaching of Allah.

– Belief 2 –

  • Christian Traditional Belief:

Isa is an incarnation of GOD

Isa is a Form of GOD

That means

Isa is the GOD.

  • Teachings of the Bible:

GOD taught His Mankind that, He is the one and only eternal GOD like whom there is no one. GOD taught His mankind through the Earlier Revelations saying:

“You shall have no other GOD beside me

(Bible, Exodus 20:3)

I am LORDnot anyone else; there is no GOD except me

(Bible, Jeremiah 45:5)

Before me no GOD was formednor will there be one (GOD) after me

(Bible, Ishaiah 43:10)

I am GOD, and there is no other; I am GOD, and there is none like me

(Bible, Ishaiah 46:9)

GOD’s Prophets foretold about Isa’s coming, but they never said that Isa was, is or will be the GOD. As it is written in the Bible that:

He (Isa) will stand and shepherd his flock in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of LORD his (Isa’s) GOD

(Bible, Micah 5:4)

If Isa would be the GOD, then this verse would be written as: “Isa will stand and shepherd his flock in the strength of Isa, in the majesty of the name of Isa, hisGOD”; which is completely impossible. Because the verse is saying us that, Isa’s has a LORD, and the LORD is GOD, not he himself. How can people claim Isa as GOD while it is written in Bible that:

He (is God) who formed me (Isa) in the womb to be His (GOD’s) servant

(Bible, Ishaiah 49:5)

While we look at the teachings of Isa we find that, he taught some lessons to explain the respectful position of GOD. With these teachings: In one side, he proved himself as a servant of GOD; and at the other side he proved that, he is not GOD, but the GOD is surely Greater than him, and Unique in all the way. Let’s have a look at those teachings of Isa:

“The most important one (of all the commandments)”, answered Isa, “is this: Hear, O Israel, the Lord (is) our GOD, the Lord is one

(Bible, Mark 12:29)

I am not alone. I stand with the (Spiritual) Fatherwho sent me

(Bible, John 8:16)

“… what I (Isa) have heard from Him (GOD)  I tell the world

(Bible, John 8:26)

“The Son can do nothing by himselfhe can do only what he sees his (Spiritual) Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does”

(Bible, John 5:19)

“For the very work that the (Spiritual) Father has given me to finish, and which I am doing, testifies that the (Spiritual) Father has sent me

(Bible, John 5:36)

I drive out demons by the (help of the) Spirit of GOD

(Bible, Matthew 12:28)

Why do you call me good?” Isa answered. “No one is good – except God alone

(Bible, Mark 10:18)

“The (Spiritual) Father is greater than I

(Bible, John 14:28)

“… He (GOD) who sent me (Isa) is Reliable …”

(Bible, John 8:26)

Thus Isa taught people that, not he but the GOD is Most Powerful, Most Reliable, the Greatest and the Best.

The people who claim Isa as GOD (together or separately from the Almighty Creator), for them Isa says that:

No one knows about the day or hour (of the End of everything), not even the angels in heavennor the (Spiritual) Son(as Son is not the GOD), but only the (Spiritual) Father (knows)”

(Bible, Matthew 24:36)

Truly, if Isa would be the GOD, then he would know everything. But he is saying that, he also has limitation, and he is not aware of everything. But, it is only GOD who knows everything. The above verse again proves that, Isa is not the GOD. In this way Isa taught the people about the Uniqueness of GOD. But, the later followers of Isa began to think him as GOD forgetting the real GOD. They never understood the verse where it is written that:

He (Isa) looked toward heaven and prayed: “… They (the people) may know You, the only true GOD, and Isa Messiah, whom you have sent”

(Bible, John 17:1-3)

In this verse Isa talked about two persons: Only True GOD and Isa Messiah. If Isa would be the GOD, then we could write the above verse as: “… They (the people) may know Me, the only true GOD, and Mewhom I have sent, which is not correct anyhow. So it is true that Isa prayed to someone. Surely his prayer was neither fake, nor he prayed to his own. Actually, Isa prayed to the Almighty GOD. This fact again proves that: Isa is not the GOD, but a servant of GOD.

  • Re-Establishment of the Teachings by Quran:

While people were being misguided with their wrong beliefs and misunderstood the teachings of the Prophets, in that moment, lastly, Allah revealed Quran to reestablish the teachings in truth. Let’s watch what Allah is teaching us:

“Do not say: Three (Trinity). Stop! It is better for you”

(Quran, An Nisa 4:171)

“They (the disbelievers) have set up their Rabbis and Monks to be their Lord beside Allah, and (also) Messiah (as Allah), the son of Maryam, while they were commanded to worship none but One Êlah (Allah).”

(Quran, At Taubah 9:31)

“Surely, disbelievers are those who said: ‘Allah is the third of the Three (in Trinity)’. But there is no Êlah but One Êlah (Allah)

(Quran, Al Ma’idah 5:73)

“Allah bears witness that – none has the right to be worshipped but He, and the angels, and those having knowledge (also give this witness)”

(Quran, Al Imran 3:18)

“Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute”

(Qurah, Al’Ikhlas 112:1-2)

“Allah, there is no Êlah but He – the living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal”

(Quran, Al’Baqara 2:244)

“There is nothing whatever like unto Him (Allah).”

(Quran, Ash’Shura 42:11)

“… there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him.”

(Quran, Al Ikhlas 112:4)

“Do not associate anything with Him (Allah).”

(Quran, An’Nisa 4:36)

“He (Isa) was not more than a servant”

(QuranAz Zukhruf 43:59)

It is not (possible) for any human being to whom Allah has given the Scripture and the knowledge of understanding the Word (of Allah) and Prophethood to say to the people: “Be my worshippers rather than Allah’s.” On the contrary (he would say): “Be you learned men of religion who practice what they know and also preach others, because you are teaching the Scripture, and you are studying it”.”

(Quran, Al Imran 3:79)

Thus Quran taught that, surely Isa is not the GOD, but a servant of the True GOD.

– Belief 3 –

  • Christian Traditional Belief:

Isa made the Heaven and the Earth

Isa is the Creator of the Creation and he has complete authority over it

  • Teachings of the Bible:

The Christian people believe Isa as the Creator of the Heaven and the Earth. But if we look at the revelations of Almighty Creator, we will not get any reference of this belief. Let us, at first, check some verses about the Creator and the creation the heaven and the earth:

“By the word of the LORD (GOD) were the heavens made, their starry host by the breath of his (GOD’s) mouth

(Psalm 33:6)

“I am the LORD, who has made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by myself”

(Bible, Ishaiah 44:24)

“GOD made the earth by His power; He founded the world by His wisdom and stretched out the heavens by His understanding”

(Bible, Jeremiah 10:12)

“(O God,) Youmade the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it”

(Bible, Nehemiah 9:6)

Is there anyone who can say that, GOD lied in the Earlier Revelations? Surely not; therefore, surely GOD is the Almighty Creator who created the entire Creation.

  • Re-Establishment of the Teachings by Quran:

While Almighty Allah, the Creator of everything, saw that His mankind is accepting someone else as Creator, He decided to reveal Quran so that it can open their blind eyes to the Truth. Let us see how Allah taught the misguided people through Quran:

“(Allah is) the Creator of the heavens and the earth.”

(Quran, Ash’Shura 42:11)

“Allah is the Creator of all things, and (so that) He is in full control of all things”

(Quran, Al Zumar 39:62)

“Is not He (Allah) who created the Heavens and the Earth … He is the All Knowing Supreme Creator.”

(Quran, Ya’sin 36:81)

“He is (Allah) the One God; the (Only) Creator, the (Only) Initiator, the (Only) Designer. He is (Allah) the Almighty (No One Else)”

(Quran, Hashr 59:24)

“… the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter. And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills …”

(Quran, Al Baqarah 2:255)

“… You make the night to enter into the day, and You make the day to enter into the night. You bring the living out of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the living …”

(Quran, Al Imran 3:27)

– Belief 4 –.

  • Christian Traditional Belief:

Isa is the Eternal King

  • Teachings of the Bible:

A worldly king’s kingship is for some years, maybe until his death for a long time, but not forever. And, the worldly kings rule a limited piece of land, not the whole world or the universe. But, GOD is such a King whose unique kingship will exist forever. But, the Christian people believe that, Isa is the Eternal King. Let us look at the Earlier Revelations and try to find the truth:

His (GOD’s) kingdom is an EternalKingdom

(Bible, Daniel 4:3)

“He is the living GOD, the Eternal King

(Bible, Jeremiah 10:10)

  • Re-Establishment of the Teachings by Quran:

Allah revealed Quran at that moment, while people rejected the teachings of the original Earlier Revelations, and believed Isa as the owner of the Kingship of Eternity. And, Quran taught these people in this way:

“Glorifying Allah is everything in the Heavens and everything on Earth; the King (is Allah), the Most Sacred, the Almighty”

(Quran, Al Jumuah 62:1)

“Most Exalted is Allah, the only true King”

(Quran, 20:114)

“Allah possesses the Kingship of the Heavens and the Earth”

(Quran, Al Baqarah 2:107 & Al Hadeed 57:2, 57:5 & Al Buruj 85:9)

“… His Throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them …”

(Quran, Al Baqarah 2:255)

“All praise and thanks are Allah’s … who has no partner in (His) Kingdom, or He is not low to have a Helper”

(Quran, Al Isra 17:111)

“O Allah! Possessor of the kingdom, You give the kingdom to whom You will, and You take the kingdom from whom You will, and You endue with honor whom You will, and You humiliate whom You will. In Your Hand is the good. Verily, You are Able to do all things.”

(Quran, Al Imran 3:26)

“… And You give wealth and sustenance to whom You will, without limit.”

(Quran, Al Imran 3:27)

So, undoubtedly, the Kingship of entire creation surely goes to Allah only, not anyone else.

At last, we can surely say that, Allah is the Owner of the eternal power glory and kingship of this entire creation, not anyone else.

So, now, let us look at some questions?

  • Is the Earlier Revelations or the Quran teaches that, Isa is begotten from God?
  • Is the Earlier Revelations or Quran says that, Isa is a Form of God or Isa is God?
  • Is there any evidence in the Earlier Revelations or in the Quran that, Isa made the Heaven and the Earth?
  • Is there any proof in the Earlier Revelations or in the Quran that, Isa is the Eternal King?
  • Would it be possible for the mankind to return from the dark misguided way into the enlighten way of Almighty Creator except Quran, just with the Earlier Revelations?
  • Isn’t the Quran a fulfiller and a proof of Allah’s word?

It is sure that the answer is, NO.

Remember Some Facts

The wrong beliefs were created among the Christian people from their traditional thoughts. Allah revealed Quran to teach the Truth so that the misguided people may return to the way of light.

Allah begets not, nor begotten. Isa is not begotten but he was made by the power of Allah.

Allah is the one and only Almighty Creator; Isa was His slave, a chosen person and a Prophet.

Allah is the only Creator of the Heavens and the Earth, not Isa.

Allah is the Eternal King of the Heavens and the Earth. Allah gave Isa the Spiritual Kingship of Israel to lead them in the Truth of Allah.
