The Revelations of Almighty Creator

What is the True Book of Wisdom revealed from GOD?

While there is an Almighty Creator, then surely there is a Way to Almighty Creator through which we can make a relationship between the Creator and us. This relationship means: our love, respect, obedience and responsibilities to the Almighty Creator; and His love, grace and guidance on us. Now the question is: how we will be able to know about this Way to Almighty Creator? And, the answer is given with solution through the Revelations of Almighty Creator that contains the Commandments and Commitments of the Almighty Creator for us. About the revelations, the Almighty Creator Quran informs us that:

“I have given Bani Israîl the Scriptures (Tâẃrah, Zabur & Kitabun Anbiya & Injeel), wisdom, and Prophethood …”

(Quran Al Jathiyah 45:16-17)

“Before it (Quran), came the Book of Mûsâ (Tâẃrah), a guidance and a mercy”

(Quran, Hud 11:17 & Al Ahqaf 46:12)

“I gave Daẅíd the Zabur”

(Quran, Bani Israîl 17:55)

“I (Allah) sent Isa (Ŷéshúa/Jesus), the son of Maryam, confirming the Tâẃrah, that had come before him, and I gave him the Injeel, in which was guidance and light and confirmation of the Tâẃrah that had come before it, a guidance and an admonition for the Pious.”

(Quran, Al Maedah 5:46)

Say, “We believe in Allah, and in what was sent down to us, and in what was sent down to Îbrahîm, Ishmaîl, Ishaķ, Yaqûb, and the Patriarchs; and in what was given to Mûsâ (Tâẃrah) and Isa (Injeel), and all the prophets (Kitabun Anbiya) from their Lord. We make no distinction among any of them …”

(Quran, Al Baqarah 2:136 & Al Imran 3:84)

Say, “We believe in (Quran) what was revealed to us and in (Tâẃrah, Zabur, Kitabun Anbiya & Injeel) what was revealed to you (Kitabi) …”

(Quran, Al Ankaboot 29:46)

So, we learn that, the Almighty Creator sent down different Revelations through His Prophets in different times. The major Revelations were Tâẃrah, Injeel and Quran, and others were Zabur and Kitabun Anbiya. Here, Kitabun Anbiya means “Books of the Prophets”. Kitabun Anbiya is not a single Revelation. Except Tâẃrah, Zabur, Injeel and Quran, the other Revelations were not specifically mentioned by name and were limited, so all those Revelations are together called as Kitabun Anbiya.   Now, from history we learn about these revelations that:

  1. Tâẃrah was revealed through Prophet Musa within 1483 BC to 1407 BC.
  2. Zabur was revealed through Prophet Daẅíd within 1043 BC to 971 BC.
  3. Kitabun Anbiya were revealed in different eras through different Prophets of Almighty Creator from the beginning of the story of human being up to Prophet Yahýa.
  4. Injeel was revealed through Prophet Isa (Ŷéshúa/Jesus) within 26 AD to 30 AD.
  5. Quran was revealed through Prophet Muhammad within 610 AD to 632 AD.

According to Quran, there is no other Revelation of Almighty Creator rather than Tâẃrah, Zabur, Kitabun Anbiya, Injeel and Quran. And, according to history, there is no such example in any era or any race of this earth, where we will get such history of sequential revelation through Prophets from one Almighty Creator, who revealed His Laws sequentially for mankind through era to era.

Tâẃrah, Zabur, Kitabun Anbiya and Injeel

It is true that, there was surely a revelation of Almighty Creator Allah through Prophet Mûsâ (Tâẃrah), a revelation through Prophet Daẅíd (Zabur), a revelation through Prophet Isa (Injeel), and some other Revelations through different Prophets (Kitabun Anbiya), but there was no revelation of Allah in the history named as Tanakh (Old Testament Only) or Bible (Old Testament and New Testament). Moreover, according to the research, Tanakh and Bible are just collection of different books. Through many hundred years’ compilation and edition process the Tanakh and Bible has got its current form, where the authorships of these books are even not verified, and have faced a lot of criticisms for a lot of errors like: Textual and Source criticism, Form and tradition history criticism, Redaction, Canonical, Rhetorical, Narrative, Psychological, Socio-scientific, Postmodernist, etc. The original revelations are missing from earth because of different social and natural disasters through thousand years. For these reasons, it is not believable that Tanakh or Bible is any pure revelation from Almighty Creator, or as any writing of Prophets. The original Tâẃrah, Zabur, Kitabun Anbiya and Injeel have lost their existence in real. Although it is true that that, Tanakh and Bible are bearing few fragments of the histories and verses from the actual Revelations (Tâẃrah, Zabur, Kitabun Anbiya and Injeel) of Almighty Creator. And this is the true fact what the Muslim believers believe.

The Holy Quran

Quran is the only revelation of Allah which is existing unchanged since it was revealed from Allah to Prophet Muhammad through the Holy Angel Jîbrâêl. So, let us now learn about Quran, the Final Revelation of Allah for Mankind:

What Quran is Actually?

Quran is neither any story book, nor any book of science. It is such a book that holds the Commandments and Commitments of Almighty Creator for mankind. It is written that:

“It (Quran) has been sent down by Him (Allah) Who knows the secret of the heavens and the earth.”

(Quran, Al Furqan 25:6)

“… this (Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Creation”

(Quran, Ash Shu’ara 26:192)

Quran was revealed to and spread by Prophet Muhammad who was neither any writer nor any poet or any scientist. Surely, it was not any creation of his own. Moreover it is mentioned that:

“… when OUR clear Verses are recited unto them, those who hope not for their meeting with US, say: ‘Bring us a Quran other than this …’.”

(Quran, Yunus 10:15)

Thus, Quran itself proves that, it can’t be a creation of any man, but a Creation and Revelation of Almighty Creator.

Which Language We should Use to Read Quran?

Quran was revealed and written in Ancient Arabic which was the language of the people of the place where it was revealed. Allah revealed it in the mother language of the people among whom He sent it down, not in a language that they could not understand. It is written that:

“… WE have made it a Quran in (your language) Arabic that you may be able to understand …”

(Quran, Az Zukhruf 43:3) & (Quran, Yusuf 12:2)

So, it is clear that, we should use our mother language to understand Quran, if we don’t understand Arabic. Because understanding is the main fact what Allah wants from us, as it is written that:

“(This is) a Book (Quran) which WE have sent down to you, full of blessings, that they may think over its Verses, and that men of understanding may remember.”

(Quran, Sad 38:29)

So, it is sure that, Allah wants that we might understand his Commandments and Commitments perfectly, and for that we have to use that language which is understandable and suitable for us.

But, there is no doubt to mention one very important thing that, if you want to understand a book, then that language is best to understand the book which was used to write that book, not any other language; because translation of a language never can’t express the original language of a book 100% perfectly.  Moreover, Ancient Arabic, which is almost similar to Aramaic, is the language that was used by Almighty Creator for Revelation, and by the Prophets to preach that Revelation. So, it is so essential to learn Arabic to understand the Revelation of Almighty Creator perfectly.

Is Quran Hard or Needs any Supportive Book to Understand?

Many people stay away from the Quran thinking them so hard. We will get a lot of people who go for other books than Quran, because they think that those books will help them to understand Quran. And thus they are going away from the true teachings of Quran. But, is Quran so hard, or do we need any supportive book to understand Quran? Let’s see what Quran says:

“… Allah makes His Verses clear for you.”

(Quran, An Nur 24:59)

“… Quran, without any crookedness …”

(QuranAz Zumar 39:28)

“The revelation of the Book (Quran) in which there is no doubt …”

(Quran, As Sajdah 32:2)

“WE have indeed made the Quran easy to understand and remember …”

(Quran, Al Qamar 54:17)

So, be sure that, as the Almighty Creator revealed Quran for mankind, then surely He has made it easy and understandable for all. We don’t need any other book to understand the Commandments and Commitments of Almighty Creator in Quran, and there is no question of hardness of the verses. If we try with eagerness, surely the Almighty Creator will help us to understand.

Is Quran Complete and Perfect, or Not?

We see a lot of books related to Almighty Creator and His Words (of Teaching), but it is only Quran which is fully complete; therefore, we don’t need any other book except it, as it is written that:

“Allah has sent down the Best Statement, a Book (Quran) …”

(QuranAz Zumar 39:23)

“Falsehood cannot come to it from before it or behind it …”

(Quran, Fussilat 41:42)

“This (Quran) is a clear insight and evidence for mankind, and a guidance and a mercy for people …”

(Quran, Al Jathiya 45:20)

“(This is) a Book, the Verses of what are completed, and then explained in detail from One (Allah) Who is All-Wise Well-Acquainted.”

(Quran, Hud 11:1)

“… WE have put forth every kind of example in this Quran, for mankind …”

(Quran, Al Kahf 18:54)

“… WE have set forth for mankind, in this Quran every kind of parable.”

(Quran, ArRum 30:58)

“… WE have fully explained to mankind, in this Quran, (with) every kind of similitude …”

(Quran, Al Isra 17:89)

“… WE have explained in this Quran that they may take careful attention …”

(Quran, Al Isra 17:41)

That means, we can strongly say that, Quran is a Complete Book where Almighty Creator has given and explained everything what we neednot any other book.

Lastly, we can say one thing about Quran that, Almighty Creator Allah sent down Quran which is full and final for mankind, and standing alone that needs no support and which will remain unchangeable and imperishable forever. As it is written there:

“This is a Glorious Quran, (Inscribed) in the Preserved Tablet!”

(Quran, Al Buruj 85:21-22)

.

For this reason, Quran is the one and only Revelation of Almighty Creator which is existing on earth throughout thousands of years fully unchanged and uncorrupted. Thus, Quran itself is one of the miracles of Almighty Creator for mankind.

.

Now, let’s check some questions:

  • Is Quran a book that has no historical background?
  • Is Quran teaching not to believe the Previous Revelations (Tâẃrah, Zabur, Kitabun Anbiya & Injeel) of Almighty Creator?
  • Can Quran be a Creation of any human being?

It is sure that the answer of these questions is, NO.

Remember Some Facts

Quran is not a creation of any human being, but a Revelation from Almighty Creator.

Quran is the only Book that ensures about the validity and truthfulness of the Previous Revelations of Almighty Creator.

Quran is the Full and Final Revelation of Almighty Creator that expresses His Commandments and Commitments to mankind.
